Ignite

Middle School and High SchoolIgnite Logo
We can't promise that you'll have the most fun you've ever had. We can't promise that you'll love everything we do or that we'll be the coolest youth ministry in town (although we do some cool stuff). But what we can promise is that you will be loved and cared for...and more importantly, we can promise we will tell you about Jesus for you.

Middle School

Wednesday
7-8:30pm
Youth in grades 7-8 hang out for some high-energy games and timely Bible studies. Our Wednesday night “Light It Up!” is a great way for students to connect not only with others their age, but also with a personal Savior and Lord who seeks to call them His own. Friends are constantly being made. We also meet for regular Sunday morning Bible studies that engage and challenge. Sometimes those studies call for some time to burn off some energy! We’d love to have you hang out with us and make some new friends!

High School

Tuesday
7-8:30pm
Youth in grades 9-12 meet for a hangout called “Light It Up!” that includes crazy games, relevant Bible studies, and powerful worship. Light It Up! makes connections to other High School youth and to their Savior and Lord who wants to draw them closer to Himself. High School youth also meet for guys and girls Bible Studies on Sunday morning. Throughout the year we meet for special late night and overnight events. Come be part of our High School family!

Confirmation

Sunday
11am
Confirmation is an opportunity for students in grade 9 (or older, if they have not been confirmed) to make a personal confession of Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord. When a person is baptized our heavenly Father forgives their sins, rescues them from death and the devil, gives His Holy Spirit to be present in their lives, and gives them the gift of eternal life. Confirmation is the opportunity for that person to publicly acknowledge God’s gifts and commit their lives into His hands (Matthew 10:32). In preparation for their confirmation, students are taught the truths and habits of the Christian faith through regular Sunday meetings and two retreats. On Confirmation Sunday students will take responsibility for their faith and the church, committing to Christ what is already His through Baptism: their lives.

Charis

Sunday
11am
Charis (Greek for "Grace") is a sisterhood for girls grades 10-12, created for teen girls to draw closer to God as they become women of connection, strength, heart, action, and beauty through Christ. We submit our lives to Christ and commit to providing support, encouragement, accountability, challenge and connection for our young women and female leaders. High School is tough enough, you don’t have to go through it alone. All girls in grades 10-12 are welcome to join us for Bible studies, special activities, and great discussion on Sunday mornings. Hope to see you there!

Alieis

Sunday
11am
“Follow me, and I will make you fishers (ἁλιεῖς) of men” (Matthew 4:19). Alieis means “fishers.” While many of us do like to fish, this group of fishers is a brotherhood of guys grades 10-12 and spiritual leaders who take seriously the calling of God to be “fishers of men.” Our goal is to make “men of God out of the children of God” by giving them the tools necessary to carry out their calling. Our Sunday morning meetings include Bible studies, special events, and a healthy dose of Ultimate Frisbee. You’ll feel right at home among this group of guys—come see what Alieis is all about!

Young Adults

Young adults are busy with college, jobs, and, with whatever time there is left, a social life. Our young adults meet in the midst of busy schedules to study Scripture and to hang out with each other. Regular meeting times and activities are Wednesdays and Sundays at 7pm.
