The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) works with the Lead Pastor in making important congregational decisions, and helps to determine the direction of St. Luke’s. They also assist in overcoming challenges that may arise. Members work as a team and make a three-year commitment. They are elected by the congregation at the annual voters' meeting. The ELT meets at least once per month.
